Lack of animation/smoothness in modal/dialog.

Actually I am facing a weird problem in my react 19 project. I can see that in official site of material-tailwind when dialog/modal we open there is a little animation/smoothness which looks good but when i add it to my project i don't see any animation/smoothness. what can be the problem?
