Unsupported sensor - Libre 2

First of all, many thanks for developing this fantastic app! This @#$@#$ app from Abbot is not good and useful. Thank you!

Secondly, your app was working flawlessly with Libre 1 and Libre 2 sensors until last week, when I installed new Libre 2 sensor and I got the error of "unsupported sensor". I have no clue why...

I have the bluetooth disabled for LibreLink app and enabled for Glucose Direct. All was working well until new sensor installed Sunday a week before. I did not change the mobile phone in the meantime and I am using my mobile phone to scan, receive any alarms from the Glucose Direct application. I have no transmitter whatsoever.

Do you have any ideas what happened and why suddenly Libre 2 sensor is not recognized by Glucose Direct?

The problem is that the new Libre 2 Plus sensors with a serial number that begins with 301 are not supported by GlucoseDirect yet. The app will need to be updated with the new values for these sensors to be compatible.

Hi. Thank you for information. Do you have any idea when GlucoseDirect can and will be updated to support those?
I’m using official Libre app for 3 weeks now, more or less, and it is horrible…

No idea unfortunately.... I'm just a user myself. I agree the official app leaves a lot to be desired.

Alas - I have used my last 3MH sensor, now all I have are the new 301 sensors.

Hopefully gets fixed soon.
