[BUG]Option `dry-run` in `push_options` doesn't do anything

What exactly happened?
When using
push_options: --dry-run
Push still happens

What should've happened?
The commit should not be pushed to main

Workaround for now, just use commit options
commit_options: --dry-run

The description says it doesn't modify files, which is not ideal. Using dry-run on just the push/commit still modifies the file but does not push them to main, this allows me to write my own push method as well as just not pushing at all and just use the files for different purpose then pushing to a branch
