Run ETS to evaluate ATS for OGC API Processes

Description

ATS (Abstract Test Suite) and ETS (Executable Test Suite) are definitions and implementations to validate OGC API functionalities against an existing instance. These should be run against Weaver to validate it respects all necessary requirements of the standard.
