添加百度翻译APPID之后，百度翻译→我的术语库→干预通用翻译API结果，启用这个功能之后，还是不能用一些特定术语翻译成我设定的术语库中的结果。
沙拉查词能不能增加个类似的功能，能够让用户自建一个术语库，好在翻译的时候能使用自己指定的词汇干预翻译结果？比如特有名词，人名之类的
