Steam OpenID login fails to load page

I have been attempting to log in via Steam OpenID auth using either Cloudflare Tunnels, Cloudflare (DNS only), or SSL Cert and the web page just fails to load with all of them.

Is there someone I'm doing wrong? I'm hosting the instance through Portainer.

Also, the 1.7.0 image, does not contain the installer for 1.7.0 but instead the installer for 1.8.0.
