Force Cover Update?

Is there any way to force the embedded covers to update without updating metadata?

I have a few files with better covers than what are found in CWA's metadata search, so I don't want to change any of the metadata, but I want the covers embedded in the epub to update.

I'd like to know if this is possible too, I have a couple books where the covers are just straight up for the wrong books

I would also love an update cover only option as well, and I would like the option to search Google Images for covers.
I have been using the fetch image from URL but having something built in would be nice.
