How do I resync Kobo after messing with db?

I bought a Kobo Clara Colour and configured to use CWA as store. It synced all covers and metadata. But since the amount of books I wanted to upload was huge, I decided to do it via USB on my PC, and so I uploaded them from Calibre for PC (the library is local, but it's the same I have on my server). This produced thousands of duplicates (half were the physical ebooks, half were the metadata of available ebooks on CWA). I used DeepSeek to create a SQL script that cleared the duplicates. It worked, but it also removed entries for books that are present on CWA, but I didn't upload to Kobo. Now these books are invisible on the Kobo, I can see them in CWA, but I don't know how to sync them and have the ability to download them via WIFI if I want to. I have tried to sync on Kobo several times, but those books do not appear. For context, I use plain Kobo OS, not KOreader. Also, I've been using Calibre for PC + Kobo N514 via USB for almost 10 years before trying the online way, so I'm not clueless about ebooks, but I am in terms of CWA.
