problem with use APDUplay  Win10

Hello,
I have problem with last version APDUplay 32b & 64b.
When target aplication started, to log save only "[begin]" and target aplication close without any error messages.
using ver. Win10Pro 64 (ver.1909, build 18363.693) , original WinScard.dll ver (10.0.18362.1)
