OwnerPINBuilder algorithm support test

OwnerPINBuilder.buildOwnerPIN(...byte ownerPINType) method throws SystemException.ILLEGAL_USE) if the PIN type ownerPINType is not implemented.
But the test is checked with CryptoException.

Hi @LeeSeungJae , thank you for spotting this, this is indeed true (https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javacard/3.2/jcapi/api_classic/javacard/framework/OwnerPINBuilder.html#buildOwnerPIN(byte,byte,byte)). Do you plan to open PR or you are happy with me fixing it?
