don't create world-writable pidfiles

the pid file vrfydmn creates is world writable by default:

-rw-rw-rw- 1 vrfydmn vrfydmn 5 May 4 15:47 /var/run/vrfydmn/vrfydmn.pid

please make that writable only for owner.

I fixed the behavior by using moving "os.umask(0)" command behind the block that creates pid file.
