Is there implementation for subscribing for multiple topics at the same time? Or plans for it?

We are using React.
Our backend consist of a lot of topics with small data.
Which means if we open a page and there are a lot of component with single topic subscription, then it means we have to do a lot of subscription calls and handle their response.
Which can be up to 100 in bigger pages.
I guess this is ok with modern computers, but we are using quite weak hardware in production, which means there is a big overhead with separate topics.

My idea is to:

1. Have a new subscription call protocol. You can call it batchedSubscribe or MultiSubscribe. Now you can subscribe to multiple topics in one request, to prevent overhead of 50-100 single subscription requests.
2. Have a protocol for doing debounced subscription. Meaning if you load the page, it will add all subscriptions to a buffer in form of array, then call for debounced batchedSubscribe. Should look like this

const subscribeBuffer = []

subscribeBuffer.push(subscribeCall)

const delay = 0

debounce(() => {
    batchedSubscribe(subscribeBuffer)
}, delay)

This will batch all subscription and then call them all in one request.
This is simple example. You would also need batchedUnsubscribe if you want.

I have already implemented this in my fork, works great and reduces overhead a lot.
