Write to any context #155
Description
This is a feature request to extend the to patch capabilities to any given context.
What problem are you facing?
Similarly as what ToEnvironmentFieldPath/CombineToEnvironment patches do with apiextensions.crossplane.io/environment context, it would be nice to have a ToContextFieldPath/CombineToContext patch that writes into any (provided from a param) context.
How could this Function help solve your problem?
This would help sharing information from pipeline steps without the need to dump information into the XR's status. Separation of EnvironmentConfig and other context/s may help avoid unexpected collisions.
