Hello, we're regularly having issues with cannot determine creation result - remove the crossplane.io/external-create-pending annotation if it is safe to proceed as mentioned in crossplane/crossplane-runtime#340
How could Crossplane help solve your problem?
It looks like a fix was added in runtime v2: crossplane/crossplane-runtime#841
I'm not sure how much work is involved, but I couldn't find another issue to track this, so I figured I'd create one.
