Support media_control ff, rw, repeat, shuffle operations

ff and rw operations don't map to the HA media_player model, perhaps implement via integration specific actions.
Similar actions forrepeat and shuffle do exist, but they are not supported as a blind toggle.
Investigate whether AVR exposes the current state of these toggles.
