appsec: Allow remediation to pass request ID to tie to Transaction ID

Whilst developing HAProxy spoa I find it hard to link logs generated by HAProxy / SPOA / CrowdSec AppSec and the identifier that links HAProxy and SPOA is unique id that can by generated for a request. It would be beneficial if a remediation could pass a X-CrowdSec-Transaction-ID header to the appsec component and then appsec will use this as the transaction ID this would then allow users to correctly link the trail of logs from their webserver all the way down to CrowdSec.

Why is this needed?

Allows a user to correctly debug a request from webserver -> appsec.
