New section in manuscript skeleton: Preregistration deviations

I just had a discussion with @LisaSpitzer about adding a section on preregistration deviations (to normalize this reporting and potentially also provide a template to do so).

Preregistrations are becoming quite common in some fields of psychology. Hence, it might be defensible to add this section to the template. I think normalizing and establishing best practices for this reporting is important. We could add even add a version of this recent table template (https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/25152459231213802). Either directly in Markdown or, preferably, provide some functionality to collect this information (collaboratively) in a spreadsheet and automatically generate the table from it.

Any thoughts, @mariusbarth or anyone else?
