[Request] Consider adding support for Gateway API

### Describe the feature

The Ingress NGINX Controller is being retired. The Kubernetes community suggests migrating from using the Ingress API to the new Gateway API.

For our CI job that uses the Ingress NGINX Controller, we could look at exposing a LoadBalancer service instead.
