Will there be implementations of signing schemes?

I am writing in to ask if there will be any implementations of signing schemes planned. Right now this looks like a straightforward implementation of a generalized scheme. The utility in this will be seeing how specific uses are able to implement this and leverage it. Are there any plans to have standards for specific signing schemes such as openpgp or openssh?
