Bugfix: No run-the-numbers if not synced fixes #2305 (#2457)

* Fix for #2305

Don't display button(Run the numbers) until sync is complete

Prevent fetchTotalSupply() from running unless sync is complete

* assume 0 if undefined

* make sure variable is defined

* remove console.logs
