In the /party/add dialog, make optional fields optional

What are the minmum requirements to add a party? I'd say name, date and street address. email if confirmation is required. URL should be highly encouraged but could also default to "https://cryptoparty.in/location".

The requirement for an account at a proprietary service should be highly discouraged.

PGP-encrypted verification email is a very nice feature.

You're absolutely right about the twitter account, @mdik, and I shall change that in the near future.

The URL on the other hand should not be optional, I think. In my experience, I am more likely to actually participate in an event, if I have at least some idea about what is going on there, which is - again, in my opinion - why we should force people to leave a "additional info" URL that is tailored to their specific events.
