Add autocorrection to remaining rules

Let's have all rules have autocorrection (if possible).
Currently, we have approximately one-third of all the rules covered.

1. No prioritized list. All rules should be reviewed and evaluated for if autocorrection is feasible to implement in a practical and non-destructive manner.
2. Look at how autocorrection is implemented for existing rules. Keep in mind that an autocorrection cannot be cancelled once it's in the block.

3. Ensure the corrections are safe and non-destructive

I'll start by looking at rules like Style/RedundantBegin or Layout/TrailingBlankLines which seem like good candidates for autocorrection.
