[FEATURE] Add languages page for selecting additional locales #16
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently jade gui only allows using one locale, this limits bilingual people who may want to use multiple languages/formats on their crystal installation.
Describe the solution you'd like
A page for extra languagues/locales that allows selecting multiple locales.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Enabling all locales on install, but this takes way too long.
