I always frustred when my device isn't encrypted

Just adding a adw expander row in the disk selection page

A new page only show when a checkbox is clicked (but I prefer the expander row)

We do actually plan on moving to systemd-homed in the future, so that we can set up an in-place reinstall from a recovery partition, @axtloss what do you think of this?

both of these solutions definitely are possible and we could support both of them, but I'll have to check how the in place reinstall would change with an encrypted home
