Hardcoded ocdav config #5431

Following e581079b1c#diff-c004fb2225305ad17cc83511db4ca84c4a46e1369f6cc4affa7d97b2c0c5efe8R55 we now hardcode some configuration parameters, in particular the option to disable chunking. This affects deployments that need to disable chunking (the CephFS driver does not support it).
