Next csaf-rs Release: v0.3.0

I want to release a v0.3.0 soon in order to test the asset upload feature to cargo. Any particular PRs that we should "wait" on in order to do that?

• Provide WASM bindings for validation API #160
• chore: add rustfmt file #150

Probably I need to re-generate the assets as should be done automatically when #162 got merged? The generated .rs files might be out of date.
Not a big deal after all, as they will be re-generated anyway on build, which I assume will happen before publishing?

nvm, generated files on main seem to already include these, likely from another PR merged recently. 👍

Ok anything else to add? Otherwise I will try to make a release in the course of the day to test the workflows for NPM and crates.io publishing @csaf-rs/service-dev
