Configurable "Ignore" lists for directories and files #1
Description
We need a pair of lists (to be found in settings in the UI) where the user can enter the names of directories and files to be ignored during the crawling phase. Some should be present by default, such as "pycache" folders, which are most likely not useful to a user searching for human-readable words and phrases.
