Command Prompt Saved Layout results in failure

A saved layout with Windows Command Prompt opens the Command prompts but fails to dock them.
The Error is "Unfortuanlty the selected layout was applied with errors". Docking multiple cmd windows and docking them is a critical thing for me in terms of the usability of task space.

There are no errors present in the event logs but there is an info bubble with some information. The attached files are what was mentioned in the Event Log.
