Allow transects on variables without a depth coordinate #197
Description
EMSArray currently only supports transects for variables with a depth coordinate. It would be really useful to be able to run a transect along a variable defined on a plane (i.e. one without a depth coordinate). It would be great to get the associated data back without necessarily relying on a plot method.
