Add setting initialization screens to onboarding sequence

This issue contains all the sub-issues related to adding settings page features to the onboarding sequence.
The user should be able to set all the most important settings in the beginning without having to go to settings to change them.
The order should be:
Explanatory informational screens
Telemetry explanation and consent screen
Language setting screen
Color theme and avatar selection screen
Menstruation type
Period input or date selection
Notification type + see you later
