Checkup History: Click on past exams to load previous exam details

Acceptance Criteria:

• The history widget on the homepage should display brief data about previous checkups.
• Clicking on any one of the widget cards should open the full checkup history view and pass in the data for that particular checkup.
• The user should be able to navigate back to the home page from that view.
