Project still active?

Hi, I'm coming to realize that with Quora's discontinued support of RSS, it essentially broke the User API that pyquora provides. Given the last commits have happened a couple of years ago too, I'm now wondering if there's anything working here, is there? Either way, what are people doing now, any alternatives?
