Incorrect github links

Problem

Two, but may not be limited to, github links for officers are incorrect. Example links below.

• http://csulb.acm.org/github.com/DJTai
• http://csulb.acm.org/github.com/elizabethhim

Upon clicking the github icon, we reach a 404 error.

Solution

Replace links with the correct github links.
