TSG CTF 2025 incorrectly added points

Points added incorrectly, in the scoreboard of event in ctftime shown points does not correspond to the actual points given to the teams. When the team should get around 10.000 points they got zero but in scoreboard saying it has been added, can someone clarify what happened here. And this is not the only team. Pls need clarification, if incorrectly added need correction. Thanks beforehand
