Person leaving early may vote remotely

A person who attends the beginning of a meeting and is issued a code card may leave the meeting and keep the card, still knowing the URL and agenda index.

Solution proposal:
Provide a second factor of auth - a common token which is replaced for each vote and only displayed in the meeting room. By revealing that token only when the vote takes place, each voter must be present or have a rogue accomplice present to transmit the code.

I think that the notion that you must be in the meeting to vote is old fashioned, and that this issue can be disregarded. Imho every member student should be able to vote regardless of their physical position.

The risk is an uninformed vote I guess since they didn't attend the discussion most likely.

That's another issue, make a motion to edit the bylaws. At this point, the goal of this system is to mimic the characteristics of the voting process as closely as possible.

I guess that it might be a good idea to add a second verification step such as a code presented by the vote collectors during every vote session.

But I have to add that we have become a lot worse on this point with the years, but if a student is a part of the voting list one MUST tell the meeting president that you are leaving and therein return your vote-slip.
