Toggle between admin and non-admin view #82
Description
Admins should be able to toggle between admin and normal user view.
As a normal user, you should be affected by rules when creating bookings and you should not be able of creating new rules. As such, P.R.I.T. will be able of checking if a rule was correctly created.
