Non silent mappings #25
Description
Some commands produce almost no visual output and I think these mappings shouldn't be silent.
Some examples are:
- All toggle mappings (especially these)
- Mappings that save files
- Mappings that reload files
- Mappings that source .vimrc
- Mappings that stage/unstage the current file
