I Did a bunch of refactoring on your cookbook (that saved my life some weeks ago =D), and now I want to share it with you, and the community.

The factor is just some mysql fixes to reflect the new database and mysql cookbook dependencies, a way to run the sonar.sh on RunIt, and some minor refactoring. Btw, the cookbook is now compliant with the latest 5.1.2 version...

So, could I open up a pull request?
