drm/amd/display: Correct prefetch calculation

[WHY]
The minimum value of the dst_y_prefetch_equ was not correct
in prefetch calculation whice causes OPTC underflow.

[HOW]
Add the min operation of dst_y_prefetch_equ in prefetch calculation.
