LoongArch: Remove five DIE_* definitions in kdebug.h

For now, DIE_PAGE_FAULT, DIE_BREAK, DIE_SSTEPBP, DIE_UPROBE and
DIE_UPROBE_XOL are not used by any code, remove them.
