dt-bindings: ata: ahci-fsl-qoriq: add fsl,ls1046a-ahci and fsl,ls1012a-ahci

Add missing documented compatible strings 'fsl,ls1046a-ahci' and
'fsl,ls1012a-ahci'. Allow 'fsl,ls1012a-ahci' to fallback to
'fsl,ls1043a-ahci'.
