Merge branch 'pci/controller/tegra194'

- Ensure Tegra194 and Tegra234 inbound ATU entries are 64KB-aligned to
  match the hardware restriction (Jon Hunter)

- Remove unused struct 'tegra_pcie_soc' (Dr. David Alan Gilbert)
