drm/amdgpu: Fix kdoc entry in 'amdgpu_vm_cpu_prepare'

This commit updates described non-existent parameters 'resv' and
'sync_mode', and failed to describe the existing 'sync' parameter.

Fixes the below with gcc W=1:
