ASoC: SOF: Intel: Let SND_SOF_SOF_HDA_SDW_BPT select SND_HDA_EXT_CORE

CONFIG_SND_HDA_EXT_CORE is required for CONFIG_SND_SOF_SOF_HDA_SDW_BPT.
