Support separate workflow-specific "info" pages in the dashboard

When the dashboard widget is run as a part of the website, it contains a separate "INFO" (i) window that currently contains information about the Request workflow.

We need to be able to define separate info pages, one page per workflow. It would be great to be able to package these (HTML?) pages with the domain-specific workflow code rather than the dashboard widget code.

BTW, I think the "INFO" page is completely missing when running the dashboard widget locally?
