Hi mathurin68 - this site provides a link to the current repository (https://github.com/kevoreilly/CAPEv2/) so I'm not sure how you ended up on this old, dead one.

I appreciate you asking - unfortunately the answer is no, it is not ok to scrape this site. It is a site which has costs which are covered for the benefit of the community - to scrape it would incur increased bandwidth and reduce the service for others at a cost to the maintainers. The service is already under massive strain as you can probably tell if you keep an eye on it, so please treat it as a sacred gift not a commodity to be harvested.
