Installation on .NET Framework 4.8 project fails

I am getting this error while trying to install this package:
Could not install package 'Cube.Native.Ghostscript 10.1.1'. There have been cases in the past where an older version of NuGet caused errors, so please try updating your NuGet to the latest version.
