Adding empty permission through webadmin

As reported by @s32ialx in cuberite/cuberite#2031:
Not sure if this is everywhere but you can click add permission on a group with nothing in there and it will enter a blank entry in to the list.

Is there any known dangers in using blank permission nodes such as exploitation?
