Implement better wrapping for the `<competitor-scramble-display>` header when the element is narrow.

This can be improved with some CSS to control when word wrapping happens (or doesn't) and neaten up the vertical layout of each meta-<span>.

Note that scrambler names can be rather long, so at least some wrapping support (or ellipsis) is needed.
