The book content is now generated with mdBook. It is now self-hosted but fronted by Fastly CDN servers. gitbook is no longer used.
The DNS has been updated and everything should transition fine within hours. Most links to book content should also survive the move.
https://everything.curl.dev/ is still the URL.
